SM HR Consulting, LLC was formed by Silvia McCarron.Prior to opening SM HR Consulting, LLC Silvia was a Director of Human Resources at major law firms in the New York City area and for a large non-profit organization in New Hampshire.She has a Bachelor’s degree and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).Silvia is a hands-on results oriented HR professional with over 15 years of experience on the director level in human resources, having full responsibility for all human resources functions and benefits.
Silvia is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the SHRM NH State Council, and the Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA). She is also an associate member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and belongs to the Greater Barrington Chamber of Commerce. Silvia serves as Membership VP on the NH SHRM State Council and as the Chair of the Workforce Readiness Committee of SHRA.
